- Define the Bull’s-eye: To ensure an accurate “fit”, at the beginning of your search assignment, we will ask your designated hiring authority a series of targeted questions, to help us thoroughly understand the position you are seeking to fill. These questions (supplemented by your existing position summary) will help our firm create a highly accurate, customized position description…one that will capture not only the crucial position requirements, but also your company’s culture and history.
- Customized Search Strategies: Once your bull’s-eye has been clearly defined, our firm has the experience to create a highly customized strategy for each of our retained search assignments. This strategy will function as an outline for our search efforts, and will be fine-tuned during the life of the search - for maximum effectiveness and timely results.

- CONFIDENTIAL SEARCHES: We understand that circumstances can sometimes mandate that a critical position be filled in an extremely confidential manner. Chris Sitter has extensive hands-on experience with highly confidential searches at both the senior executive and mid-management level.
- Direct Sourcing – Not Just Ad Campaigns: Our primary method of recruiting is via direct sourcing. for candidates who possess your specific desired qualifications, educational credentials and level of experience. Searches conducted using strategically directed sourcing efforts (within your target industries) are known to consistently produce better candidates than utilizing only job ad campaigns, which can sometimes result in attracting waves of unqualified candidates.
- Pre-Screened Candidates – For Your Review: We realize that your HR Team and Senior Managers do not need a new pile of unqualified resumes to review. Our Bat Cave Executive Search Team is committed to providing our clients with a small and select group of pre-screened, highly qualified individuals…all of whom can perform the duties of the job you have described. Your job will be to meet these candidates and select the best “fit” for your team.
- Travel Arrangements, Background Checks & Verification of Educational Credentials: Though we understand some clients have particular individuals within their company who regularly perform these functions, we are experienced and prepared to assist in these 3 areas.
- Personality Assessments, Skills Tests and Other Management Style Assessments: Chris Sitter has experience assisting clients with a variety of these types of tools. Though our firm does not have a standard assessment we use in every search, Bat Cave Executive Search is very willing to assist our clients in conducting the tests of their choice for Finalists.
- Thorough Reference Checks: Our firm is committed to providing thorough and professionally conducted reference checks on Finalist candidates. This will ideally include a mixture of previous bosses, direct reports, peers and/or customers.
- Compensation Negotiations & Start Date Discussions: Chris Sitter has over a decade of experience assisting with compensation negotiations. The candidate documentation you receive from our firm will provide you (early in the process) with an individuals’ current compensation (if they are employed) and their most recent compensation, if they are in a full-time search. This helps to avoid any misunderstandings or disconnects - regarding money - if they become your top Finalist. We are certainly aware that some firms wish to handle final negotiations with candidates’ on their own, but we are definitely prepared to assist all the way to obtaining your signed offer...if you would like our help during this sometimes sensitive final stage of your Search.
- Each Search is Personally Handled by Our Founder: Another benefit of choosing Bat Cave Executive Search, is that each of the search assignments we accept receive extensive personal attention (from start to finish) from our Founder. As you may be aware, some larger firms hand off search assignments to newer Associates or to recruiters who may have considerable experience – but who are relatively new to your industry.
